Not only did Kioti back the fuel down they also backed the injection timing down to make the CK2610 and 2620 24.5hp. Very anemic. The injection timing and fuel screw really makes this thing run like its 100.5ci. I can describe the injection timing procedure if you would like. I advanced mine 4 deg.
Give me a couple weeks fellas. Ill get r done. Have any of you ever seen a tractor pto dyno before? Its nothing like a car dyno. It attaches to the pto shaft and turns a oil pump on the dyno. Ya bring up and maintain 540 pto rpm, restrict the output of the dyno oil pump until the tractor is at WOT and can no longer maintain 540 rpm. then the output pressure of the dyno oil pump is converted to HP. Then you can take the pto hp add 4 to 5 hp (for parasitic drag) to get engine hp. Look up tractor pto dyno on youtube.Let’s see your dyno numbers before we all get “screwing” around with our tractors
Only seen on YouTube. I wonder how accurate/consistent true numbers are across machines? I get the impression that old shops from 60s/70s/80s had these, and it was common; and also the impression that the few shops that still do, have machines from 60s/70s/80s.
I would imagine the vast majority of them old dynos have never been calibrated. The bad thing is short of pulling the engine and mounting to a engine dyno a pto dyno is the only way we have to test our machines.
Engine? or hydro whining? Every says the hydro quites down after fluid change, but I never noticed either being loud. My hearing isn't great anyways.
I didn't realize it till you ask but it did and it cranks easier. The only time it smokes is under a heavy load or I advance the throttle quickly.
