Ok so I got question so I notice to when I had the tractor wide open no load . Rpm over 3k I had little puff of blue smoke. The tractor is turned up around in half. Oil good on safe mark . I normally don't run wide open with no load but today I did. Long I don't max out rpm I never see blue smoke. Even under heavy load no blue smoke. Any idea why

I might add the oil level is just little bit over full. In the tractor is turn up a around and a half

It's a manual just adjustment of fuel supply. You can theoretically turn the non epa 25hp upto somewhere around 33hp, by removing a crimped cover, and adjusting the screw

Some people say you can get upto 40hp with no ill effect, but im not 100% sure on that
