CK20 BH subframe nut sizes?

Some of the large nuts/bolts securing the gray subframe to the orange KB2365 keep working loose. I'd like to buy two pairs of sockets + box wrenches to fit these. Since wrenches are non-returnable and it would be tricky to get the tractor to a tool store, I'd appreciate advice as to the head sizes. The smaller one seems to be about 26 mm; the other's a bit larger.

Is it worth the homeowner-user buying a full shop manual?

This may be a little confusing but....

I measured my 2365 subframe bolts using 1) an adjustable wrench with millimeter markings and 2) a micrometer in inches.

Using the wrench I get 29 and 30 mm for the diagonal brace nuts and the main attachment nuts respectively.

Using the micrometer I get 1.190 inches and 1.238 inches respectively. Unfortunately, when I calculate the inches to mm conversion using 1"=25.4mm, I get one mm higher figures for each. Not sure what to make of that. However, if your supplier is real fussy about returning sockets, why not buy the 30mm and see if it fits the larger or smaller nut first.

There was nothing on the subframe that seemed 26mm. Maybe different batches use different nut sizes.

By the way, I checked my bolts for the first time and they are still tight. Each has a lock washer.

I bought a big Stanley Adjustable Wrench. It has a composite handle, very light but strong. At the local WallyMart. Use it to tighten my 3 point adjustments also.

OK, I was able to jam the hidden nuts and loosen the bolts with a big crescent wrench. The nuts are slightly different in size - less than it seemed with a limited view - and probably meant to be the same w/in manufacturing error. I'd put the size of everything at 28mm, but no store near me had wrenches that size. So I got 1-1/8" socket and box wrenches, which only wiggle very slightly, and everything's snug again.
