Christmas tree anyone?

Here is a project I just started. I'm planning on clearing an overgrown five acre area on my mothers farm. This area has not been touched for at least twelve years.

It used to be pasture but due to neglect it has turned into an overgrown mess. Briar's and cedar trees have taken over and I plan on getting as much cleared as possible, with my CK30, for use as pasture again. Here is the first pic I took before starting. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Good it worked. Here is another picture taken to the right as you pass through the gate. Lot's of pines and a large thorn tree.

This is a group of tree's I'm pulling into the adjacent field to pile for burning. I forgot to take a picture of the pile when I was through for the day...It was pretty big and will get bigger when I am finished.

This is the view just inside the gate straight on...I'm less than half finished but already a great improvement over what it was. I still amazed at the amout of work this tractor will do. A tooth bar for the FEL would have been really nice to have. I will post more pics of the project as it continues and if you live in the S.W. Missouri area and need a Christmas tree, let me know....I think I will have an extra.

MO beautiful land you got there, the tractor makes the clearing that more pleasant to do, this summer I had a similar job to do, and your right the tooth bar is a great asset when moving branches...cag

MO,That's a beautiful piece of land and the weather looks great too.I was wondering why you were showing us so many pictures and then it dawned on me,you're from the SHOW ME STATE......keep em' comin'...Mike
