Choosing between sub-compact and compact options.

I'm on one acre and often wish I had been able to afford a larger unit. My GC2610 will do the job, but I'd really like the loader to handle more like 1200 lbs. The cost would have gone from $20,000 with tax to nearly $30,000. If I ever get all the construction work finished, it will be more than adequate. I mow with a z-turn because I'm too lazy to constantly change implements.

Same here. Hills not conducive to most mowers. SCUT with MMM does them fine, but not with a finish cut.

********. I've a mmm under my TYM built Cabelas scut. 60 inch three blade mower. It cuts my 3 acres as well as any mower does. It is slow if I run in low, and it is rough going if I run in high as I have numerous holes from PO cutting trees over the years and not back filling holes. An acre is smooth and I get that cut in high easy. Back is good slope and while I would love to use a true zero turn mower. the 4 wheel drive scut is way safer. And if your land is hilly, scut is way to go

You should check out the Yanmar YT235 or YT235C 35HP very confy all controls are at your finger tips. You can till your garden and with the turn of a knob change your speed from 1 mph to 5 if you wish real nice seat with arm rests that adjust to fit your hand in the joy stick for the bucket so you don't have your arm extended out by the steering wheel If you do a lot of bucket work your arm will get tired dangling out there. You don't have to stop for the def push a button for 3 seconds and keep on working
