I like the ergo on the JD's too. My personal opinion is that the Kubota MX series is way overpriced for what you get. Maybe it was the dealer I was dealing with. I like a bar bones tractor, but for 32k I can about get into a R series John Deere that has a ton of bells and whistles. I chose a Yanmar YT347 instead because I felt it gave me the best bang for my dollar.
Edit: Personally I'd keep the 4020 and get a smaller "loader tractor". I have a 59 Fordson that I keep around to pull a disc and push hog with. Sometimes you can't beat the muscle and simplicity of "old iron".
