The spreader was unloaded on Friday. Monday I go pick it up. I did get a picture of it and to say I'm a little excited is an understatement. First payment is due Jan.2027 and the loan process was very interesting. One step above a handshake deal. Picture of my drivers license and farm insurance. Just me telling them my gross income.

Come to find out my cousin just bought a new spreader and had I known I would have held off. Thursday I was talking to him about it and he tells me to cancel mine and rent his $50/load. While intriguing I still needed one and when renting always seems we would both pick the same day or it would be on the other farm 45 min away by tractor or..........the list goes on but yes I do feel I would have held off a year at least and gave it a try.

I do see the possibility though of renting it for moving chicken litter or even my manure to further fields if needed. He is thinking about putting high sides on it and pressure washing it for chopping into. Says it unloads fast.

You getting ready to spread campaign promises for mid-term elections. If yes you need a much, much bigger spreader😄😄

I hope that serves you well for years to come.
