Chassis number location for 1433

I'm looking for the chassis number on my 2003 AGCO ST35, which is the same tractor as a MF 1433. My owner's manual states that it is stamped on the right side of the front frame, but I can't find it. In another thread a poster stated that it was stamped on the frame under the seat, but no luck there either.

The tractor serial number works fine for ordering parts, but my state government wanted to know the VIN#, not the serial number. My local dealer wasn't able to help me with this.

The chassis serial number is stamped above the front axle on the frame of the tractor. For your purposes, the tractor s/n should keep the state happy.
