Chaining down equipment

Happened across the street from my freinds house.

Makes me want to check all my chains and points again.

A few years ago in the Toledo, Ohio area, people were killed when a chain broke on a flatbed semi and big steel coils fell off onto their car.

Almost identical accident and result in Hot Springs, Arkansas, just a couple of weeks ago -- except the loose equipment was a Cat D6, I think.
