Cat 303cr hydraulics

So I popped a hydraulic line on my mini. From the inspection plate it looks impossible to get to that line that look to me to be leaking, it sits on the far corner of the valve body. Im not sure how to move forward on this repair, I can not get any crows feet to that line either. Am I supposed to rip the seat apart? or am I supposed to pull all the lines in my way to get to that one? This leaves me with bleeding them all?

worked on a Bobcat a few years ago and yes, we took all the hoses of the block to get to the leaking one

Haven't worked on a 303 in a while, but work on cat mini's all the time. Unfortunately, you gotta move what's in the way, whether it be hoses, components etc.
