Quick Hitches CAT 1 vs CAT 2 Quick Hitch

I have a cat 1 quick hitch with adjustable hook. I have 3 CAT 1 implements and 3 CAT 2 implements. Will the CAT 2 work with the CAT 1 implements and what about the hook? The CAT 2 doesn't adjust...How would that work?

The standard vertical distance between the upper and lower hooks for cat 1 & cat 2 is the same, so no problem there. (As long as your implements are QH compatible.)The width between cat 1 & 2 hooks is different with the cat 2 being obviously wider.

I have a cat 2 QH and I converted my cat 1 implements to fit on my cat 2 hitch by using longer pins I purchased from TSC, along with the QH bushing.

I only have 1 implement - my 6' shredder, that I have to adjust the hook for. Do you know if the make a top link extension to make implements QH compatible?
