Case 580C rubber spacers

I own a 1979 580c case. While bring it back from the dead I noticed 5 or 6 of the rubber spacers that hold the steel hydraulic lines to the cylinders are missing. I called Case this morning and the cost for each spacer is $18.00 a piece. This seems a little rich to me, but I might be wrong. Have any of y'all found a cost effective alternative to this part. Thanks
