Cannot reset password or contact

The password I have on file for this site is apparently wrong. In my attempts to reset my password, I get the initial email saying my new password is on its way, but it never arrives. (Yes, I checked my spam folder.) Additionally, the "contact us" link 404s, so I can't use that. Is there anyone who reads this forum who can help? I created a second account to post this. I don't want to lose all my street cred going back to 2004 or whatever year it was I created my account! (RayCo)

I had the same thing happen to me a few months ago. All my post disappeared, password didn't work etc. As far as TBN was concerned, I had never existed. Finally go a message to Muhammed and everything was restored. Never found out exactly what happened.

I am going through the same thing at the moment.I have had to re-register just to get a message to TBN.The really annoying thing was I was still receiving news letters even though my email address was "invalid". If all fails will have to just stick to having my new user name.
