can anyone id this root rake grapple?

Greetings all. Just wondering if anyone has any seen this design before/ has any info about it.
It needs some tlc, but the price was right. 60" wide, the bottom times are 1", and the independent uppers are 3/4". No labels at all, only a stamped # on the steel at the top, maybe a SN, but even if it is, without a manufacturer what good what it do?

A very sincere thank you Xfaxman!!! I can't ask for more, oh wait I can, did you like it? Why did you get rid of it? If the lower tines are bent, how big of a machine do you think it took to do that?

You're welcome. Yes I liked it because it was the first grapple that ever had and any grapple is better than no grapple.

I got rid of it because the guy that bought the V518 wanted it.

A tine got bent on mine, but it wasn't the size of the machine, it was a big tree branch that got wedged in and twisted.
