........As I said in this tread before, if no one comments I just assume no one is either watching or interested. At least I now know there's four or five of you and others out their watching ;)

Compare your 2 quotes Paul. We've got 30 pages more on this thread since you said you were done.
We knew it wasn't gonna happen and told you so. :)

Easy now, don't challenge Paul or he might change his mind and stop. It takes a lot of time on his part and we do appreciate his efforts. We might be green with envy, but that is beside the point!

Called the Deere dealer.

Cat1 Imatch is $340 + $50/set of bushings.

Are the Speeco / HF bushings compatable with imatch? Are they a good, tight fit or do they have lots of slop? Nobody likes a loose fit!

That is a fair price especially what you guys get chraged in Canada. You can use any bushings. You need to adapt the toplink and lift arms to cat 3. These kind even work, you just need to got to 2-3 also. http://www.farmandfleet.com/product...tegory-1-2-lift-arm-bushing.html#.UadmJlXD_GU

My imatch came with a bushing zip tied to the lower link latches. The bushings in my QH video came from northern tool.

Rest assured, 4shorts, as many if us wouldn't miss them!

Thank you farmgirl. I appreciate that

I am sure the "others" is far more than the four or five. It is likely a good thing everyone isn't replying or you would never get any mods done if you took the time to reply to each one.

So true. I do tend to try and answer them all. There may be times I'll miss one

I watch the thread every day. I love all the mods and I also have the same chipper! Fwiw, I have been "screeched in". I'm sure that counts for something?

Well Glenn if you've been screeched in then your as good as family! Are you enjoying your chipper? Great to read your enjoying the thread. Thanks for posting.

Well 30 pages ago I was really done BUT folks kept asking questions and as I said above, I try and respond to all of them so the thread continued. I didn't anticipate this much interest in mods related to the Kubota BX25 so I kind of got blindsided with all the interest and time its taken up but if the interest continues I'll keep posting. The BX model is a mod wonder. Every time I look at the thing I see other opportunities :confused3:
I apologize to those ( if there are any) that feel this thread is getting a little long in the tooth.

Man. Your good with the research  Being 4th means no pride though :(

Well then he needs to keep posting pics and we need to keep giving him positive feedback! :)

I am truly amazed at his abilities. Paul, you do great work!

Thank you my friend. I appreciate that. Yup. That's what it takes ( I hate talking to myself) A new mod will be posted this afternoon so don't change the channel ;)

One of the items I really missed on the little BX was mirrors. The Grand L has great mirrors and I use them. Since I have 50 hours on the BX and just finished its first service I realized from the get go that I needed to put mirrors on the little beast.

Now I'll be honest I'm not a Hugh fan of mirrors on an open station tractor but seeing I miss having them I set out to try and find something that sort of looks as if it came with the machine. I spent hours looking and trying to imagine how each mirror would look and came up with these.

They were purchased off of eBay (see attached link) and I feel they fit the bill for what I was trying to accomplish. They are for a golf cart, they tip in and out of the way if need be. They swivel up and down with their ball and socket design. They came with all the brackets, stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers. The install was less than a 1/2 hour. I removed the FEL decal on the right side and re-located to the side of the FEL tube. I did have to drill four 15/64th holes but I didn't mind doing that for this mod. I did add the two small convex mirrors and the Kubota decals but all in all I'm happy with them.
The vibration is minimal as well and they are colored matched like the BX's dash so that was a bonus as well.
This is the safety mod I intended to do. Its simple, inexpensive and practical in my opinion. I'm posting this just in case other BX owners were looking for a mirror set up.

The next mod will be a little more expensive. Unpractical and got nothing to do with safety but its that cool factor I'm talk'in about ;)

Hope you all enjoy seeing it :)
