BX25D Loader Joystick Cover Removal

I have a 2014 BX25D. When using my snow plow today the joystick got loose. It will lift and angle but wont let the plow drop.
How do I remove the cover to see what came loose?

Thank you very much! I have a cab so it was hard to see that screw!

Got the cover off and determined that nothing was loose under there. Removed the air shroud, played with the joystick and saw broken pieces at the end of the rod. Ordered the two broken parts and they are due in middle of next week.
