BX25 Loader Manifold Leak

Well crap, I thought I was the only one with this problem. New to me bx24 with about 180 hrs (90 put on by me) bought from the dealer. Leaking like a Jeep. Tightened the banjo bolts on the manifold and was fine for a few hours, now have a slow, soon to be big leak again. ******. I plan to appeal to my dealers sense of ethical practices and hope they will make it right. Seems like we have a poor design that could be calked a safety issue/ lawsuit if someone got hurt. Wish me skill.

There is a service bulletin for this from Kubota.I have mine in now being repaired for the same reason.It has to do with the flare in the lines that restrict fluid and causes the o rings to wear out fast.They have to replace all the lines going to the manifold and all the o rings.Mine is still under warranty,so it won't cost me,but I don't know whether it covers out of warranty machines or not, but by right,it should.

Dealer said no warranty coverage. Called the factory, they said no coverage. Craptastic says I. Now what? The parts are about $200 or so. Not a big deal , it's the principle tho... Not happy with Kubota at all. Is there another way? Aftermarket or what not?
