Backhoe BX23S oil recommendations

Amsoil dealer been using heavy duty diesel marine formula for years in my Kubotas 15w40. They also make a 5w30 3,000 series but wasn’t sure about dropping weight. No problems except very cold weather starting. Struggles little unless I warm up the oil pan externally with portable heater. Any thoughts on oil on these new 3 banger diesels.

I have used DELO 400LE 15-40 in my BX for 1500 hrs with no problem. DELO was designed as a lubricant for large diesel engines way back as for as I can remember and I am in my 80s. I have used it exclusively all these years also since my former FIL master mechanic turned me on to it. I use it in everything. As engine design changes have dictated; DELO has upgraded along from singe viscosity to multi viscosity. Any diesel engine specification name brand lube oil will provide excellent service per my dealer shop foreman that supervises 6 mechanics.
