How much would the yearly maintenance cost be for a bx2200 with a 60"mmm and a 60"rear blade? I'm referring to the 50-100 hour maintenance schedules. Thankyou

It depends on usage. If you do the work, the 50 hour maintainence will be about $125. The 300,600,etc, services will be about $150. Figure on $20 for each engine oil change (I change mine every 50 hours.) A large chunk of the major services will be for the Suoer UDT, around $70 for a 5 gallon pail.

The cost of the filters are about 57 for the 50 hour. Add to that the UDT plus engine oil and you are looking at 100 to 120 for the 50 hour.

What are the hourly intervals that you must change the oil & filter, hydralic & transmission fluid and filters? I'm interested in buying a bx2200 with a 60" mmm and a rear blade. I need to mow 3 acres of mostly flat ground, and clear snow from a 20'x80' driveway. I hear and read a lot of good reviews on the bx series for kubota. The scheduled maintenance seems quite pricey. But, then again, I'm using a 1998 3148 wheelhorse garden tractor. Pretty easy to maintain and inexpensive.
