BX problem MMM won\'t raise on one side

Hey Guys, I have 13 hrs on my new BX2200 with FEL and I'm having a problem with the MMM raising on one side. I see the part that is broken, but it's hard to describe it. It's in the linkage that raises the MMM. It's basically a fixed stud with an oblong horizontal head. There's a slotted vertical section of flatbar on a threaded rod about 1/2 " that attaches to this stud to raise the mmm. It looks as if the oblong horizontal head just snapped off. Anyone had this happen before? Sorry for the laymens description.

I've never heard of that - and I've put my MMM through some rough usage. I would suggest that this is a materials failure in the particular part - and covered by warranty. You should give your dealer a call.

Good thing it's the end of mowing season (well, in the North East anyway).

after only 13 hrs, i would suggest u call the dealer., not really familiar withh your model, or mmm, but do know that nothing should have failed so soon. u paid good $$$$ get good service!
