Brute Trailers Delivery Time

I ordered a 35' gooseneck trailer with hyd dove tail and received acknowledgment of my payment on 9/17/13 with a 11-15 week delivery and still don't have my trailer. Each time I contact the owner I get a list of problems with employees that are lazy, don't show up for work, quit for better jobs, lack of expeirence, other customers complaining about them not getting their trailer on time etc.

Does anyone know if this company is about to flop? I am at wits end and don't really know what to do since they have a chunk of my money for over 5 months.

This is not about bashing the company, I am only stating the facts and looking for a way to resolve my problem by either getting my trailer or my money refunded in full.

This is telling. Get a lawyer ASAP and get your trailer deposit back and buy something else.

About to flop? This company flopped long ago by the sounds of things. When the company owner makes lame excuses like these for non delivery, instead of busting his butt to get you your product, the company is already dead in the water.

Besides, who wants a trailer built by employees who lack experience?

Get your money back and find a reputable manufacturer.
