Brush Guard for 3510/4110?

Anyone know of a brush guard... from Mahindra or a 3rd party... for the grill of a 3510/4110 (or TYM 400-series?) that will fit with the ML112 loader in place? I can't recall that I've ever seen one.

Anyway... You've got me confused about why KMW would be supplying a brush guard for the 4110... but I'm not going to question your expertise! If you know how to get this done, I'll PM you ASAP!

We can get them through Mahindra but only for units without a loader.

Kinda strange, isn't it? Unless you have a loader you really shouldn't need one... correct?

Some of the other models (2015, 2615, 3015, 4510, 7010) they only offer grille guards for the unit without a loader. I'm assuming this probably has something to do with the way the loader mounts up to the tractor.

Personally I would think a grille guard would be more useful on a tractor without a loader since one with a loader you have the bucket out in front of you most of the time protecting your front end.

Originally the 10 and 15 series tractors only took grill guards with OUT the loader. In the last year KMW has gone back and redesigned the front mounts and have new grill guards to fit WITH the loader. The release of the new grill guards is not well know for some reason. The thing you have to remember is that you may need to order a new front mount or fab and weld tabs on the side of the existing one to mount the new grill guards. (this is what Doug would have to do) I am not sure of serial number cutoffs for the changes to the front mounts on the loaders.

Picky, Picky, Picky...

Here is what I could get... keep in mind these are off of my cell.

The first one is 1590-2038 for the 2015 and ML104 Loader.

The second one is 1590-2039 for the 2615 and ML106 loader.

These only fit on with the loader and with the new front mount design. The do stay on when you remove the loader though since the front mount stays on the tractor when you park the loader.
Sorry they are not the best.. the second one is actually several of them banded to a pallet waiting to be shipped.

I do not have any of the 1590-2040 grill guards finished at the moment. Sorry Doug...
