Brought home a B8200

Picked up a b8200 with no attachments for 2k. 4wd, HST, turf tires. Planning to use the belly mower and front mount snowblower from my fathers B7200, since he has a FEL and never uses them.

Little rough around the edges, but starts and works as it should. Mower is a RC60-72 and blower is a B2650, both of which should make mowing and blowing much quicker.

Getting everything aligned has been a challenge. Everything just quite doesn't fit right, and not knowing how half of the pieces are supposed to go together to begin with doesn't help.

If anyone has a manual for the B2650 snowblower laying around, I'd love to see it. I can't even find one available for purchase.

I had a B8200 2wd years ago. Tough machine. At 2k for a 4wd version you got quite a deal!
Consider spending a small amount of the money you saved on a ROPS - they may still be available through Kubota at a reasonable price.

What do you have for subframe or quick attach to mount the snowblower to the front of the tractor?

Nothing special on the front, just regular subframe that came with the blower. I suppose it's quick attach in the sense that you remove 2 pins and the blower comes off.

The tractor as it sits now. All the panels are off for paint at the moment, along with the cab I'm building.
