That's good information.  I am a firm believer in doing as much of my own maintenance as I can that is within my technical ability.  In doing this, I can afford to change fluids more often and I can see first hand what is in the oil.  It may seem like overkill or unnecessary but it is definitely cheaper in the long run. 
One of the other issues I have come across is loose or missing bolts on the loader. You need to check these every time you use the tractor. This last time I checked them, I pulled them out and put a bit of lock-tite on them.
