I think the best way is to replace the caliper? It is 86 CJ7, calipers are original, rebuilt once in 99, I think new ones are in order anyway.

Left handed drill bits work fairly well.
Nor-the-rn T**l has an assortment. I'm sure others do also.

the left over wrench will cost you . once you make it harder for the rebuilder they charge![]()
They also make repair kits for the bleeders, and oversizes, but as cheap as the rebuilt calipers are, a new pair would go on mine.
Picked my parts from autozone, checked them briefly and later realized the caliper is for passenger side - i.e. the bleeder is lower than brake line input.
