Branson FREE FEL Loader discount program

Hello,

Is the Branson Tractor, free FEL program something new or is it always going on?

Does it apply to all new tractors be they 2019, 2018, 2017 model years?

Does the FEL discount go directly to the buyer as a rebate, or does it go to the dealer? Could the dealer just remain silent and therefore "pocket" the FREE FEL incentive?

I'm getting different answers from different dealers.

Lots of manufacturers “offer” those deals.
It’s not really free. It’s “free” if you pay cash. Otherwise the price goes up with 0% financing. Basically it’s not 0% financing, you just pay all the interest up front in the sales price.
