I just installed a double rear aux hydraulic kit on my bobcat and now the 3 point will not raise- it is completely in down position. Any idea what I need to do. I did not do any adjusting on the hydraulic kits.

Are both of the new Selective control valves you just installed in the neutral position? The open center fluid flow is thu those valves on the way to the 3pt, and it now looks like the 3pt is no longer getting the fluid flow for one reason or another. Some of the valves have a detented position. Is it possible that one of the valves is in detent?

If those valves are not centered the 3 point will not go up.
I did check that the new valve are centered,also tried moving both valves thru their entire stroke several times. I'm wondering if a damaged o ring could be the cause. I had trouble installing 3 of the 4 hard lines from the valve to the rear bracket as they were off as much as 2 inches and had to be reshape in order to fit properly. I'm thinking of dissembling everything to check the O rings, don't know where else to start looking.

Do the new hydraulic outlets work?
Good question, I don't know and I do not have any way to test them. I mounted a 7 ft Meyers snow blade to a quick attach plate this summer and am planning to run the hydraulic angle cylinders off the auxiliaries but still need to run the lines to the front. I may be able to borrow a cylinder and lines for a test, is there any other way to test. I really do not know much about hydraulics. Do you think a damaged or missing O ring could be the cause of my problem.

A pressure gauge on a connector or a hose into a bucket or into the fill hole of the reservoir would work.
Not sure about the O ring, but doubt that is the problem.

If the o rings are on the work port lines it would just leak. Bending hard lines from a oem kit doesn't sound right.

I had the 3 point on my CT-445 stop working like this. Turned out a piece of debris in the 3 point valve was preventing it from working. Tractor had just over 100 hours.
Thanks for the suggestions they do give me some direction. As soon as I get back to working on my tractor, probably next year I'll check to see if the auxiliarys are working. When installing, the first hard line fit perfectly but the next three needed adjustment, I'm now thinking I need to go back and check if my dealer sold me the correct kit, don't know if one kit fits multiple tractors. I'll let you all know what I find.
