Mowing Bobcat Code 08-21 Hi Temp.

I have a code 08-21 Hi temp.on a Bobcat 773 and the gauge shows Hi Temp. it comes up from the time you start it up but coolant is running from 160 to 190 and oil Filter temp. is about he same when it is under load running a Brush Hog. All looks normal any thoughts?

Temp sensor is likely reading incorrect, resistance is too high or too low and sending a false reading back to controller which controls the guage and displays the error code.
