The CUT's seem to not come with them, dealer add ons. So if you are buying a CUT, used or new, ask for it as part of the deal, and they will do it.

Tractors are built for the world market, and standard AC voltages vary around the world, and some markets have no need for heaters to begin with. Consequently few or no block heaters are factory installed, although some can be specifically ordered. No tractor leaves our dealership without one unless the buyer specifically declines to have one installed.
