Nah it ain't too bad actaully greasing could do with being more regular.Just wondering - does the remainder of the vehicle exhibit this level of maintenance.
Cheers pal, I'll look into it.A good cleaning and add something like the NOCO NCP2 MC303 Oil-Based Battery Terminal Protectors and you should be good to go. Don't have to use this brand but I do like the protection the NOCO offers. I bought the 50 count container of these and added to all my vehicles - been a few years and no issues. Have plenty left - if you won't across the pond - I'd give you two for your tractor. Will be installing on my MFGC soon when I get the tender lead and do it all at the same time.
Wow Def worth looking into to that see where I can get hold of it. thanks chappy chapClean battery cables and terminals with soda to neutralize acids and polish contact surfaces wi scotch brigh pads and coat all exposed matel surfaces of cable and terminal with corrosive perventive grease....
I use this on all my connections after rhoural cleaning abd do not have corrosion iussues...Have been lnow to do brand new vehicles whe brough home form dealer and 8 years later when replacing battery, NO COROSION....
