I built one really simple. The video only had 4 arms on it and I added 2 more. I unrolled 6 wires at a time. Since this video, I got rid of the boards and I welded a pipe cap onto each upright that the spools would sit on. I unrolled a total of 14 rolls in a weekend with a helper attaching the clips.
I used the small tractor and it goes really slow. As it unrolled the wires, I used small zip ties and tied up each stand about every 3-4 T posts. This kept them from tangling up. Once I was at then end, I would cut one wire at a time and stretch and tie off. Then repeat with the next one.
