I have a kubota B3200 and im not sure what to put in the ballast box while im moving dirt. I had 2 5 gallon buckets filled with dirt but i think i could have more weight. What do you think the best thing to put in there would be?

I built a carry all box for my 3200 when I had it. I could put whatever I wanted in it for ballast. Concrete blocks, firewood, bags of sand, etc. You need something bigger then 2, 5 gallon buckets. They won't hold enough weight to maximize the power potential of your tractor. I used on average about 600 pounds for ballast.

I use nine 50# bags of pea gravel that I picked up at the local home store. This plus the weight of the box I figure I have close to 550#

I use 4"-6" rocks, then the weight can be adjusted as needed easily.

I filled mine permanently with portland cement. Figured I didn't need to use my ballast box for anything other than ballast.

This is what I use.
