Ballast advice

I know theres tons of threads on this already, but just looking for weight advice. Im rebuilding my carryall on my MF 1529 with a 1200 pound loader lift capacity. Ive carried a garbage can with sand in it mounted on the carryall but may switch over to a concrete base and a couple 5 gallon pails of sand. My property is very hilly.....So what are some good weight ideas and do I include the weight of the carrall (its heavy duty) and all the lumber attached to it as well?? Thanks for any advice!
