Looks like most farmer welding projects. Not real pretty but holds up just fine.

Most of my stuff isn't much for looks I am happy as long as it holds together and does what I need from it. I do have a rattle can of JD Green for it after a little grinding and touch up i spots. I was in a hurry because I should have a load of hay any day now.

Glad you are getting some work done in all this rain. I'm just SE of you and it has been dumping for the last 2 days and pretty much all farming and construction work has stopped.

UPDATE:

Just finished unloading 39 #1100 bales with no issues. No evidence of weld pulling or any other problems. On a side note if anyone has experience with Fasse valves I am in need of help with mine. It seems to be bypassing under pressure. With the button pushed it activates but at a certain point instead of the grapple gripping the curl function activates.
