Just a quickie,
Had another compressor, hidden in plain sight. Plastic covering motor is rotten & mostly gone. good news is it runs like a champ. light enough to move around. Makes lots of air very quick.
Old big guy has a bad oil leak, was going to just keep it well filled with oil, just in case it can't be fixed or something breaks. Will look at it come spring. Also found a light & flexible air hose, if it stays together will be nice on spray gun.
Have 4 very old cast iron stove legs. Took picture of them. The first one of you to figure out what i am going to use them for will get a booby prize. Then if you figure out what I'm going to do with what I built will get another booby prize. Worked on that today, if my back had not been on the mean side it would be all done.
Found some 1957 & 58 little books. They are about old Very old, tractors & steam engines. Will mail them to 1 of you & then maybe you can pass them around. Really neat looking stuff.
Bony could not get out of the house a few nights ago & crapped on the floor near back door. Try to find a silver lining in most everything. Mopped the floor a little ( an oak floor I put down several years ago, ,7/8, and it is still very pretty. So someday will mop the whole floor. Had never seen or done anything like that before. I figure if someone else can do it so can I, no matter what it is. If someone can put it together I can take it apart & hopefully get it fixed & back together.
Things such as stucco, rock walls & so on.
Pretty cold for me here, & on its way down. Today never got over 64/65. Not cold for some of you & where some live.
More later,
Jim
