Finally got caught up on the reading... sure do enjoy the reading Crash... wished you were closer, always more fun working on other people's projects vs. my own! Would love to help you on your projects... but that might be the whiskey talking...
In my case it would have to be the beer talking. Gave up hard booze many years ago.

Another day of the good & the bad.
Started off sort of good, & then got even better, before things started to really go to he!!.
Have an outdoor plug near the deck. Tested it a while back & it didn't work. Maybe its a GFI, nope. unscrew it, long long screws, get it out at last,. Well lets test the sucker. Plugged in light & it lit up. Then remembered the last light had died.
OH well time to move along.
Back to tractor, The starter needs another wire in order to crank. Found 1 that looked unplugged. Plugged it in Yep it will crank now. Small problem, batt is too low to crank it. Have a lot of dead chargers.
OK Lets work on flat tire. Truck a bear to jack up, wanted tractor to help. Have a jack that still works. & a wimpy (4 ton) jack as well. Wimpy up an inch, other guy only good for about 3 inches. Switch back & forth until tire will turn. First use Cig lighter to put air in spare, its working after about 3 years behind the seat. Pretty soon it shuts off. it is doing that when tire is full. Put it on flat tiren nothing, move things around nothing. Its dead after barely filling 1 tire. Drag larger compressor about 200 feet to truck, it runs. Test air wrench it runs, a little rusty but working. Lets loosen the lugs then proceed. No power, compressor can't keep up with leaks & may be dieing. Get enough air in tire to look for leak. O Crap its a cut in the side of tire.
Enough tractor & truck for 1 day. Time for beer. Almost out. Friend calls he in town, Please bring me a 30 pack. Few hours later he shows up. Beer if warm, but beer. he has 1 & leaves, I drink last cold 1.
Time to eat. Hash & eggs, pretty good and a little left over for the mutts. A little sleep & now wide awake.
There is a near white turk. Its called chalk, get it wet & its light blue. Kingman has lots of it & the force epoxy into it and its pretty nice. Very durable.
Don't like to talk about myself too much, unless its an old story or something fun & happy. Or plum silly.
Wednesday make sure temp Debit card still works & get tire replaced. Have road hazard, new tire $15 for road hazard on new tire. About 35 miles, Hope crummy spare makes it that far. Then to Harbor, added batt charger to list.
White people are "Gringos". Your Spanish lesson for the day. Silly facts. Tomailies in NM have an olive pressed in them. Tortillias are Thicker than in AZ. More silly facts later.
