It is an off the shelf u-bolt from the hardware store with a piece of heat shrink tubing to protect the paint and a spacer to allow the lid to open and close.
(Ammo boxes are bug proof and water tight.)

I know what your after. I got mine from Carquest about 3 years ago, but I don't know the brand. I recall paying around $25.00 for it. Is still going strong.

Glad I could help I just searched google for truck organizer and got a bunch of hits. Looks like DeeZee makes a couple of different versions.
