B7800 wont start

Still have not got it started, jumperd all safties, tried to jumper across starter, starter is spinning but engine not turning over, 12 volt at the battery

If the starter spins and the engine is not being cranked, then surely the solenoid is not causing the gears to engage, right ? Unless I'm missing something you have a bad solenoid.
