B7610 stalling

My Kubota B7610 has been intermittently stalling for 5 years. Once every few months it would slow down to the point of almost stalling. Full tank or empty tank didn't matter. Over the last 5 years I temporarily jumper-ed out all the safety switches to no avail. I changed the fuel filter carefully examining all the seals and O rings. I disconnected the fuel line at the bottom of the fuel tank and blew it out with a modified fuel cap. I removed all the fuel lines and blew them out. I decided I would remove the fuel tank to examine it for an intermittent obstruction. See the attached picture. ( The forum won't accept the picture from my new Droid X.) I found a 2" X 1/2 inch piece of tree bark when I rinsed the tank. I hope this finally fixes the stalling problem. It will take a few months to convince me that I fixed the problem once and for all.

That could certainly interrupt your fuel flow. Here's hoping you found the issue!

I have now used the tractor for 8 hours without stalling. Note: The tank has no screen and the outlet is at the very bottom of the tank!

Looks like you found the cause of your problem Raddad, any ideas how it got in the tank?

Very similar to what I had. A piece of plastic pipe rolling around the bottom would roll over the outlet and restrict the flow. No rhyme nor reason to when it would happen but I finally spied it in the bottom of the tank one day.
