B7510 hydrostat VS regular shift??

HST as Altex explained you can work the tractor speed while keeping the PTO @ 540 RPMS without any issue - I have a L4310 HST and would not go back to a Gear drive even if it was free...plus with the HST a wife, helper or FIL can drive the tractor and assist as needed.

Good luck - go drive / demo each at a dealer - any dealer worth buying from will have a 'demo' yard, with dirt to move around, ect.

I had a FRM on mine a long time ago but I got tired of looking back all the time when going around trees and bushes.I just so happen to look up on someone that had MMM and wanted a RFM. Mine was bought very used and his was only 2 months old. He wanted to trade even and I about jerked his arm off on that note. I wouldn't trade my MMM for all the RFM's. Mine is like an oversized lawn mower but with an attitude.I can mow grass 1 1/2' high and it don't even know it's there. The RFM would not do that because of the RPM's. The rear is 550 rpm's where the MMM is 2500 rpm's.

Here are a few more pics. One pic is a regulator for the proper voltage so the winch will not drain the power from the battery. It came with the winch so if you decide to add one of these to your tractor your local ATV dealer can tell you more about this. All in All I think it took about 1 hour to install not counting mounting the bracket.Any other questions I will try to help.

Donny-thanks for the link to this thread and posting the pictures of your winch.

Where did you get the mounting bracket that seats into the front of your B7510?

After I bought the winch I had a friend of mine to make the bracket out of 1/2" steel. It was simple to make. Just make sure that the top part of the bracket where the winch mounts on clears your bucket.Mine clears about 3/8" when lowering the bucket to the ground.Once the bracket is made match the holes with the holes on the front of your tractor, drill and bolt on.
