Hi everyone! I am a long time lurker, first time poster.

I have two different pieces of property, once 14 acres in IL and another 5 acres in TN. Both parcels and fairly level and open. I currently maintain the IL property with a ZTR mower (6 acres) and an old, reliable Ford 8N for bush hogging the rest. I need something for TN and I have run across what I believe to be a good deal. I can purchase a 2007 Kubota B3030HSTC with a 60" MMM. The machine has about 120 hours on it and I can buy it for $16,000. Is this as good of a deal as I think that it is?
If I purchase it, I would initially use it in TN but probably move it to IL. The TN property is about 1.5 acres of lawn and 3.5 acres of field.

Sounds like a very good deal if the hours are correct and it is in good condition. Has it had the 50 hr service? If not you probably want to have that done either before purchase or soon after. Good luck

No FEL. I'd buy one separately.

Wholesale/aution price is $14600-$15000. w/ no FEL

Check the mower deck. The 3030 a/c unit drains water directly onto the deck. Cold water dripping onto a hot bearing is not helpfull. Most owners have installed a drain reroute.

Had a 3030 cab for 1 yr. 200 hrs. very nice unit. Not a single complaint.
