B3030 Wheel Extenders

I ordered some 1.5" extenders for my rear wheels today after feeling a little tipsy (not the drinking kind) while working on the Bota this weekend. Unfortunately, I had to return my belly mower. Apparently belly mowers don't fit properly with the wheel extenders installed. I took the price difference between the new belly mower and its replacement -- a used rear 6' finish mower -- and sunk it into a new rear blade.

Anyway, has anyone put wheel extenders on a B3030 (I have a cab, so it's more top-heavy than most)? If so, did it help? I don't expect a total of 3 additional inches of wheelbase to make a huge difference, but I'm hoping it will give me some more stability.

My Bota dealer. He says they're made by Kubota.

I think maybe Sully has a set on his??? Maybe he'll see this. I'm also wondering if they will fit a 2910??

I almost got a set when I bought my L2800. I have R4s, and I think my stabilizer chains would rub on the tires had I not turned the pins on my implements inward. There is not much room between the R4s and the fenders either, I can't even get my hand between the fender and tire. How much do they run?

Where did you get your wheel extenders?

Here is the Kubota part # 70000-60112. Check tractorsmart for latest price. Please be sitting down when the price comes up.

They are a dealer installed option, B8785 Rear Wheel Spacer Kit, and retails for about $240. Not sure if that is for one or two.

BTW, it is not compatible with a MMM.

I'm really not sure of the cost. It's more of a barter deal with the dealer than a cash transaction. I'm returning a belly mower and getting a rear mower, a rear blade, and the wheel extenders.

Naw! None on mine..but I "think"..? ( just got back from vacation guys.???) I think I read in the manual to NOT extend the rear tires ..? I'll have to check tomorrow though.
