Hi, Guys
I have been searching locally for a used seat for my B2710, with no luck. Is there a used supplier that might carry a tractor seat without cracks or splits? We had a local guy that was a upholsterer but he retired..
Thanks..
Jim

When the cover split on my NH TC33D I just got one of these seat covers. They come in several sizes. The large fits my tractor well, and is a whole lot cheaper than a new seat.

Finding a used seat that's in good condition may be difficult. The cover sounds like a good solution. A cloth cover, especially if it has some thickness to it, will be a lot more comfortable than the plastic seat. Yesterday I was working on a project using both the L4240 and the Ford 1210. The Kubota has a cloth seat and and it's way more comfortable than the Ford cheap TSC plastic seat.

The plastic seat has a crack, but the tractor is kept out of the rain. FLASH: The cushion inside plastic seat that is left outside soaks up rain. It never dries out, but it will do two things. When the temperature is above freezing, it will dispense a little stinky water onto your butt. When the temps are below freezing, it will be stiff as a board.
