Ordered the new style catcher for this machine (rck60-30b i believe), however the installation requires that the horizontal pin which connects the sway bars for the 3pt hitch be slid out and a new bracket bolted on... EACH TIME THE CATCHER IS INSTALLED! this is a tremendous efford as i also have a bh75 subframe in the way. i was led to believe that this new style would simply attach to the rigid 4pt mount which the backhoe uses.... guess not.

when i contacted my dealer, he said that based on my machine's serial number i may need to use an older style gck60-24b setup.

so i can either fab up a new mount for the one i currently have which works with the bh75 subframe mount or i order the -24b which is $700 more...

why wouldn't kubouta design something that would just pin on??? anyone heard of this nonsense...???? thanks in advance for your help...

Crap...and I was somewhat interested in getting the new setup, too. You may be one of, if not, the first to run into this issue out of the TBN'ers. Could you post some pics showing the issues? Thanks

My favortite is still the tow behind! You start by cutting in the yard and then back up connect with a pin, attach the chute and start an engine and go till you drop!

I converted my tow-behind EasyRake to 3PTH. Works great. Wasn't that hard to convert, either. For dumping, the clamshell opens by stepping down on the pedal that is circled in the second picture.

Yeah those tow behind models are nice, but i need something more compact/trailer friendly. decided to keep the kubota bagger, i do like the fact that its pto powered.

here is the new mount that i'll need to fab up, it will pin directly to the 4pt mount that the bh75 uses. i'm also considering the design of a remote hose attachment for the bagger, similar to the trac-vac option....

i'll take some pics of the old style hookup versus my version!

GRADE_8 Did you design that in Solidworks or ProE?
