Sorry, as I pictured something completely different.........like a coal cellar, or a large area (room) full of coal and the need to load from floor level to waist high.

On the previous design; the more weight added to the belt the less slip one encountered.

Yeah I know its a **** little thing but she wants the coal to automatically feed from the door. I was going to raise it up off the floor and try install a little belt that feeds the coal out for the lazy so and so? do u guys still think it would work even though the effort making it is probably more than the effort to fill a hundred buckets?
