On my ASV 4810, I'm having problems with my standard flow hydraulics. Namely, I can't turn
the flow on with either the lever or foot pedals. It's like an (electrical or hydraulic) safety feature
prevents me from moving it. Every now & then it will work...but it's gotten a lot worse lately.
I disconnected the foot pedal line to eliminate that as the issue. High flow works like a champ,
always works when engaged. I wiggle that lever to make sure it's off, although that shouldn't
be an issue since I think you can run both flows simultaneously. Anyway, I'm stumped.

If those valves are solenoid valves, then I would trouble shoot the electronics, using a volt-ohm meter.

Clip on to each wire and wiggle the bundle and see if there is an open, maybe frayed wire or a wire shorting against metal, etc.

You could also try jumping directly from a power source to the solenoid and see if the solenoid actually work correctly.

You are spot on. 1 of the 3 solenoid coils attached at the bottom of the valve in the hydraulic console
is bad (no continuity). I switched it with one of the good ones and my aux hydraulics lever works fine
and the loader control wouldn't work. Ordered a replacement thru Trackloaderparts for $114, Part 41:
0062-005 on the Hydraulic Console Assy window. The 3 solenoid coil packs are identical so you can
switch around to find a bad one. Thanks J_J.
