I've been getting more & more arena grooming gigs & looking to replace & upgrade some implements. Mostly replace or upgrade the tiller.

L4060hstc, 40hp probably a but over 6,000lbs 72" track.

72" or 74" ancient Gannon box blade. Great for moving dirt but not fine smoothing. I don't tent to use this to much & am not going to replace it.

60" LandPride LPGS. Works well for smoothing & ripping if I mess with the scarier. I'd prefer something a foot wider & a bit longer, but probably won't replace it. Fully loaded it can tax my avalible traction. I end up making it work for a bit of dirt moving reasonably well leveling things out rather than haul the box blade due to limited trailer space.

60" King Kutter tiller. It's a foot to skinny, a bit light weight but has been my workhorse for finishing the surface & loosening up sand & dirt. Center tines are about half worn out but the outer tines are about worn out. I got it for a smaller previous tractor & field tilling. It's mostly used for arena work these days.

72" is chain harrow. I don't end up using this at all anymore. Used it for some pasture work on my place, but customers usually have their own light harrows or drags for light maintenance but call me in for deeper heavier work.

Any recommendations for arena tools especially to replace the tiller? ABI TR3? Another heavier & wider tiller? Reverse rotation tiller instead of the forward rotation one I have now?

I am the only one writing here using a ABI TR3 Rake regularly. Mine is the COMMAND model, the heaviest one, with hydraulic operated scarifiers.

The last time I priced the COMMAND model, it was $6,500.

My review follows. Ask me any questions you wish. I use my TR3 for bare land leveling and smoothing, not arena work.
