anyone use Bailey Hyd. $49 2.5x20 cylinder?

Depends on use, better for pull stroke than push stroke since the rod is small for the length. I would pass if its failing while in use might harm someone.

I can't comment on the cylinder but I have been ordering from Bailey for my business for 5 years and am very happy with their products and service.

FYI if i did my math right it should be ~12K push 9K pull

Good point! It made me go back and look at the specs. 1 1/8in rod diameter doesn't sound too wimpy for a 20" stroke... Does it????

When you consider the pin to pin distance it is closer to 50 inches extended. You have to consider the extended length since both ends are able to swivel.

A good cylinder rod such as Enduro would cost over 50 bucks itself.

So what is your point? All cylinders can push harder than they can pull.
