anyone know what the Red-X Default ?

I just noticed this today a red-x beside the word Default on the subject heading, anyone else seeing this? and know what is suppose to be there as default?

Muhammad, I've not found the pages with the red-X on again,
it was there on every page for the 20 minutes of browsing here on that day,
it hasn't showed up again, must have been something to do on my end of the net
