Anyone else having trouble getting parts?

6 weeks to get a bucket cylinder rod to my dealer under warranty. He is shipping it to me today

I have a dealer local like that. My dealer in AL is great. The one 2 hours North in Gainesville Ga is great

I have been told that it is LS' parts division, apparently. They keep changing software and are seriously understaffed, so parts take forever to get, and even if you do get it, sometimes it's the wrong part.

Two things. I had a similar regen problem. My whole issue was water related and resolved by changing filters and cleaning up the fuel tank. The pre-filter does have an important function.

As for parts, it's been my experience the the LS NC headquarters facility is the source of most of the problems. They are not customer oriented like the dealer network. I'm having to bite my tongue, but I'm about done with that.

I agree. My issue was for a warranty claim, but the experience I had (or lack thereof) with the corporate folks in NC was the last straw for me. Soon after, I sold the tractor. Numerous calls, transfers, voicemails and I've yet to speak with anyone other than the secretary that answers. I really think her title is "call screener".

I guess I won't be buying an ls tractor. That's what I love about tbn !

I still love mine. Even with a small parts problem

Only needed a part once for my R3039H purchased in July of 2013. Dealer had it within a week as promised.:thumbsup:
